I almost picked up 2112 as it was on sale on Amazon and I had a gift certificate, but I didn't know enough about them to pick it up.

Even 2112, A Farewell To Kings, and then Hemispheres. That's all the Rush essentials right there. Amazing band, I love them a whole lot. All three members are masters at what they do.

The only songs I can listen to by Rush anymore are Time Stand Still and Far Cry. Listening to Rush too much makes me want to strangle Geddy Lee.
