Okay, so what's the deal with modern vinyl pressings? Like new albums today that are released on vinyl. I've heard some people say that since it's (mostly) recorded digitally, being on vinyl doesn't make a difference in quality. But others say that it'll still sound better on vinyl because it's warmer. So, contemporary vinyl pressings: still better than CDs/mp3s or just a marketing gimmick to the hipster crowd? |
