Anything that takes Dave's time away from Foo Fighters is upsetting to me because it usually sucks. It isn't like Foo Fighters are still making good music though. I mean, they are, but there are still awful songs that go on the radio like "Best Of You" and "The Pretender". That song is so terrible. Holy shit, I hate the fact that they need to be played at EVERY CONCERT. Anyway.

Lol. But he's on the drums this time, and at most he's only 1/3 of the songwriting process. I doubt there is going to be anything groundbreaking coming from this session, but I think it will be a solid straight-forward rock 'n' roll record given that that's what all three of these guys are known for. |

Which reminds me that it has been much to long since I have listened to Kyuss. D= Holy shit, I just realized that the entire time I've been reading One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, I've been subconsciously imagining McMurphy as Josh Homme. Suddenly I like the book a lot more.

Yes. I don't care how he drums. He needs to be doing other stuff. Like writing songs. I don't care if he breaks up Foo Fighters and does solo stuff, he just needs to do good things and I know this won't be one of them. |

This will still likely be better than anything The Foo Fighters have done. Ever. |

Maybe (perhaps probably), but still better than The Foo Fighters. |
