They describe themselves as "Power Swing" as they incorporate 1930s Dance music, Jazz, Rockabilly, Swing and some Country. They have a standard setup of a guitar, bass, drums, singer plus a wind section of a saxophonist and trumpet player. Their sound is quite unique but if had to be compared to something, they're like the World/Inferno Friendship Society minus a few members, and sent back about 50-70 years. I picked up their album at Sunfest and have listened to it about five times in the past four days. Check 'em out. www.eversoklever.com

And a good combination of genres! And they're from Miami and tour from Miami to St. Petersburg! And the lead singer dances like it's 1931! And she's almost unbearably attractive!

XD Anyway, just listened to the album. Good stuff. I enjoyed it quite a bit. How much did you pay for their album at the show? Because they're doing a Radioheadesque thing on their site where you choose how much to pay for a download...except they set a minimum of $7.

Hmmm... They also already have the Buzz Bake Sale listed for this year. Too bad they'll probably be the only decent band there. XD

But anyway doesn't she own most of the copyrights (logo and band name at least)? Even if they return it'll be under a different name.

I'm not sure if she has a copyright to the name, but she does for the logo. She's asking people to report it if they keep using it or selling merch with her logo on it.
