I think we might get more content if a) we reward more MT points for entries (especially to compensate for the more strict guidelines we've implemented) b) give MT points some sort of purpose (what use I have in mind, I'm not sure... but I'll try and think of something). To be perfectly honest, the only major flaw I have with the site is ~~Dante~~ the lack of an attractive ~~camwhore~~ skin. MT in it's current stage can't get much more refined; what we need is more activity and since I'll assume thats something we're always working on that here there isn't much we can do about it. The staff was actually discussing the exact same thing about giving MT Points a purpose and we've come up with some ideas that I think will help with that a bit. I believe the new theme is a bit more appealing though we'll always leave our others in the theme changer if anyone dislikes it. As far as activity, it seems most forums, or at least the IF/ZB network, have experienced a drop recently. Pretty much all the ad boards I used to promote us on have been closed except for maybe 1 or 2. So we will also be implementing some new methods of advertising (which I'm sure will please Dante, lol). Social networking sites are one area we will tap into that will allow us to reach a lot of people at once. I will also likely be setting aside a little bit of money for AdWords.
