I must say that I can't believe Garbage is so well liked. Not that I have anything against garbage, but this is supposed to be like a "favorite" band competition right? While Garbage is very, very far from being my favorite band, when I am confronted with favoring either them or Ween, I like them better. You can only pick your favorite bands when your favorite bands are in one of the polls.

So it's entirely plausible that a good number of someone's favorite bands were already nominated, so they had to go with their 21st, 41st, 61st, 101st....you get the picture.
