Tbh, probably thinking that you're in a writer's block is a bit of a self-fulfilling prophecy, so taking your mind off it will probably allow new ideas to come along quicker. Personally, I think the best way to kind of help yourself along in this case is to try out some new stuff for inspiration. Listen to a genre of music that you don't listen to very much, or read poetry by an author you're not familiar with or, again, in a genre that you don't read very often.

I've actually been meaning to get into more haiku stuff for a while. One of these days I'll go sit outside and write some or something. I find the beautiful weather here lately pretty inspiring actually.
